Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our
team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting our brand,
supporting marketing initiatives, and driving the sales of our state-of-the-art
cannabis trimming machines. This role requires an understanding of the
cannabis industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record
in sales.

Requirements

Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the cannabis
industry or related technical equipment.
 Strong understanding of cannabis cultivation processes and post-harvest
operations.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 Ability to comprehend and effectively communicate technical product
details to diverse audiences.
 Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
 Adaptability and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
 Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads,
contacts, and sales activities.
 Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, agriculture, or a related field
(preferred).

Responsibilities

 Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and
increase market share for cannabis trimming machines.
 Actively engage in and lead generation, prospecting, and building a robust
pipeline of potential clients.
 Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with
ongoing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
 Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the
features, benefits, and technical specifications of our trimming machines.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while
identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
 Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor
activities to effectively position our products in the marketplace.
 Provide feedback from the field to inform product development and
enhancements based on customer needs and preferences.
 Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to
expand brand visibility and foster new business relationships.
 Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.
 Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a seamless post-
sales experience for clients.
