We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our
team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting our brand,
supporting marketing initiatives, and driving the sales of our state-of-the-art
cannabis trimming machines. This role requires an understanding of the
cannabis industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record
in sales.
Requirements
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the cannabis
industry or related technical equipment.
Strong understanding of cannabis cultivation processes and post-harvest
operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to comprehend and effectively communicate technical product
details to diverse audiences.
Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Adaptability and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads,
contacts, and sales activities.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, agriculture, or a related field
(preferred).

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and
increase market share for cannabis trimming machines.
Actively engage in and lead generation, prospecting, and building a robust
pipeline of potential clients.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with
ongoing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the
features, benefits, and technical specifications of our trimming machines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while
identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor
activities to effectively position our products in the marketplace.
Provide feedback from the field to inform product development and
enhancements based on customer needs and preferences.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to
expand brand visibility and foster new business relationships.
Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.
Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a seamless post-
sales experience for clients.
