Description
The Successful candidate will be responsible for establishing the Operations Quality Team, Operations Quality Management System, Inspection Standards, Customer Quality Standards and Incoming Quality Standards.
Also within this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for Customer Quality Feedback, 8D's and Quality Improvement Roadmaps that ensures Total Customer Quality Satisfaction. However, in the event of issues, the candidate would also be responsible for leading customer quality containment and improvement activities.
